This house might make me a believer

I have never believed in the paranormal, spirits, ghosts, or anything along the lines. My boyfriend and I recently bought a house about two weeks ago and I’m not really sure how i feel about it now. The first time we looked at it, he told me he got a weird feeling in the upstairs bathroom. I shrugged it off as I never got a bad feeling. This past weekend, his sister came over to spend the night and we decided to do a little investigation. We started off by setting up a rempod in the dining room and as soon as my boyfriend went upstairs it started to go off. There was no air draft as the doors and windows were shut and the heat and air were off. There are no ceiling fans or anything running. We then decide to do the talk box method with someone blindfolded and the other person went upstairs. I didn’t get anything from it until my boyfriend came downstairs and it said push and run. The next time I went upstairs and we blindfolded his sister. I asked for a name and she got John. I asked if the spirit wants to harm us and it said yes, and as I came downstairs it said die. The next night my boyfriend and I were watching a movie when we saw a shadow of a human figure walk towards the wall and turn off. There was no one outside and when he got up to recreate it, it was the same depth as the one we saw meaning whatever created it was in the house. I opened a portal the other night and I haven’t closed it. I know I shouldn’t mess with stuff that I don’t know much about but I really need to see something that stops me in my tracks and truly gives me a sense of belief. His sister is bringing her piojo board next time she comes over. Any advice or suggestions are welcome
