The Platform pairs users based on availability, preferences, and other factors to enable easy, instant communication.
To comply with applicable international laws, Silly.Chat does not provide its Service in jurisdictions where operation of such services is legally restricted or prohibited. This may include countries under global sanctions or regions with active regulatory bans. Access may be blocked automatically according to IP-based compliance.
4. User Accounts & Registration
Some features of Silly.Chat may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
All activities performed using your account are your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to use Silly.Chat to:

All original content, features, and functionality on Silly.Chat—including branding, software, and design—are owned by Silly.Chat Technologies or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload on Silly.Chat.
By uploading or submitting content, you grant Silly.Chat a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

8. Termination

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Silly.Chat and its team—including directors, employees, partners, and affiliates—shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- This includes but is not limited to loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and your relationship with Silly.Chat under these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
11. Copyright & DMCA Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyright is being infringed by any content on Silly.Chat, please submit a written notification to our designated Copyright Agent.
Your notification must include: (1) an electronic or physical signature of the copyrighted work's owner; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing and where it is located; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (6) a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
