Silly.Chat is a platform for meeting new people and having meaningful conversations. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your country) to use Silly.Chat. We take age verification seriously and will ban accounts found to be underage.
Prohibited Content & Behavior
❌ Nudity & Sexual Content
Nudity, sexually explicit content, or sexually suggestive behavior is strictly prohibited. This includes partial nudity, underwear displays, or sexual gestures.
❌ Harassment & Hate Speech
Harassment, bullying, hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
❌ Violence & Threats
Threats of violence, self-harm, or harm to others are prohibited. This includes graphic violence or disturbing content.
❌ Illegal Activities
Promoting, encouraging, or engaging in illegal activities including drug use, weapons sales, or human trafficking is strictly forbidden.
❌ Spam & Scams
Spamming, phishing, scamming, or soliciting money/personal information is not allowed.
❌ Impersonation
Impersonating others, including celebrities, public figures, or other users is prohibited.
Expected Behavior
✓Be Respectful: Treat others with kindness and respect, even if you disagree.
✓Be Appropriate: Keep conversations friendly and appropriate for all ages (even though the platform is 18+).
✓Protect Privacy: Don't share personal information like addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.
✓Report Issues: If you encounter inappropriate behavior, use the report/skip button immediately.
Reporting & Moderation
We use a combination of AI moderation and human review to keep Silly.Chat safe.
If you encounter a user violating these guidelines:
- Click "Next" to immediately disconnect and find a new chat partner
- Report the user if the violation was severe (we're working on this feature)
- Block the user to prevent future matches
Consequences of Violations
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Warning
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent ban from the platform
- Reporting to law enforcement (for illegal activities)
