The easiest type of love to desire is unconditional love.

Why do so many individuals seem to want unconditional love? Being loved without conditions means that you will always be loved. People desire to be able to accomplish anything without affecting how other people feel about them. For me, that's not a good concept. That is not what I desire. Love, in my opinion, requires constant effort on the part of both parties. You must continuously work for someone else, and they must do the same for you. You place yourself on a bit of a pedestal if you expect someone to love you no matter what you do. This even seems to apply to family love, in my opinion. If anything, it applies even more there because it’s more…expected(?) and therefore easier to take advantage of.
